Delivery and Returns


FREE Standard UK delivery will be applied to all orders over £50 within the United Kingdom (mainland only).

We aim to ship within 1 to 3 working days after your order confirmation. You will be notified via email once your parcel leaves us. The email notification will contain your order tracking detail so that you can track your parcel and see the delivery time slot.

Orders will be delivered between Monday and Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Estimated delivery times can vary, therefore we kindly request your understanding, should unexpected delays occur on the part of our couriers.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, nevertheless, we do understand that things don't always go according to plan. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable for returned items, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

To start a return, please contact us at stating your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable.
Any item(s) that is personalised or otherwise cannot be resold as it is made to your specific requirement.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged during transit. Please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery.
